Sarah and Katelyn have been a powerhouse duo since 2011, when they first teamed up in the wedding industry. Sarah went on to build her own wedding venue from the ground up, then joined Katelyn as her assistant in 2021 and got her real estate license in 2022. In 2023, she sold her venue to go all in on real estate, and today she is RODAS TEAM's designated Buyer's Agent.
That business-owner mindset shows up in everything she does. Highly organized and client-focused, Sarah dedicates 100% of her focus to buyers, guiding them with clarity and care. Since moving to New Brunswick from Ontario in 2010, she has been deeply involved in the community, including serving as President of the St. Stephen Area Chamber of Commerce and helping lead the Welcome St. Stephen initiative, which makes her a trusted relocation expert for anyone moving to the area.

In 2020, Katelyn met Brooke when she was a client, selling her first home and moving her family into their beautiful second home. That same year, Brooke joined Katelyn as her assistant. With a background in nursing, she knows how to stay calm under pressure and take great care of people, and that's exactly what she does for RODAS TEAM's clients today.
Brooke is the engine behind the scenes. Meticulous and organized, she keeps every file in order and every deadline on track, so your experience stays smooth and stress-free from contract to close.
